Any person violating any of the provisions of Article 2 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Violation of any provision of the club and drinking establishment act (Articles 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) and amendments thereto, or any rule or regulation adopted thereunder, for which a penalty is not otherwise specifically provided is punishable by fine not to exceed five hundred dollars or imprisonment not to exceed six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
