There are hereby incorporated by reference as if set out fully herein, the zoning regulations adopted by the governing body of the City of Marion, Kansas, as prepared by the city and consisting of Ordinance Nos. 1175, 1251, 1295, 1296, 1315 and 1364 and entitled, “Zoning Regulations of the City of Marion, Kansas.”  One copy of the zoning regulations, marked “Official Copy as Adopted by Ordinance No. 1364 of the City of Marion” and to which there shall be a published copy of this section attached, shall be filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. Said regulations have subsequently been amended by Ordinance Nos. 1392, 1393, 1394, 1413, 1428 and 1438.
